I'm so happy to share that Alison Oliver will be illustrating THE BREATHING BOOK by Christopher Willard and Olivia Weisser, to be published by Sounds True.

This picture book teaches breathing techniques and will delight any child or parent interested in the ways that a mindfulness practice can benefit children.
